What Is Your STREET KRED? What Every REALTOR Should Know
The time for building, strengthening and managing your sphere of influence is passing you by. Within the past year or so, real estate professionals have finally gotten the message as too why social media is necessary when engaging homebuyers and sellers. Klout.com became a household name for young professionals as they instinctively build power bases to rival CEOs of the Fortune 5,000. Now that social media has gone 3.0 and forecasting models can actually predict certain outcomes for brand strategists. There is a secondary social analytics firm that provides puritanical data called KRED.com that we estimate will become another general use business tool for ALL PROFESSIONALS.
After a I depth view of data available, the structure and comparison value to that provided by Klout.com seems to have little overlap. Surprisingly enough, when KRED gets all features going, any professional will be able to compare the two sites and walk away with the clearest of consumer snap shots. Hyper-Targeted Audiences are about to go Super Hyper when it comes to the delivery if niche marketing messages and the ROI from even the most basic of campaigns will see a dramatic increase.
I came across KRED earlier today and truly thought it was a parody of Klout.com and the focus that the general public is cultivating towards their personal sphere of influence. Being a skeptic had me double checking all that I saw and rethinking each impression and possibility that occurred.
As you can see from the email below, it became convincing enough that I signed up and plan to compare and track using both data models through the end of this year. We shall see what happens and I welcome others to comment and add their own predictions regarding analytical tools for measurable spheres of influence.
